For Class Teachers, follow these instructions for confirm or remove your availability for any upcoming parent-teacher meetings:
Step 1
- From the Equipple ‘Home Screen’, you should click the orange box which says ‘set availability.’

Step 2
- You’ll be taken to the ‘My Schedule page and shown the day or days that your meetings will take place on. Select ‘Next’ to confirm your availability. To see how to confirm your availability please advance to Step 4. If you will not be attending that specific meeting then you can follow Step 3.
Step 3
If you wish to remove your availability for a meeting you can select the specific day that is highlighted and green and you will see this pop up message-

Simply select ‘delete’ to remove your availability. No parent will be able to book time with you then on that specific date.
Step 4
You should now see the schedule that your Admin/Senior Leadership has decided upon for that specific meeting schedule.

If you will be available for parents to meet for this meeting simply select ‘Mark as complete.’ You will be told how many days are left until the emails are sent to parents-you can still edit or remove your availability up to this time. If though you are happy click ‘Finish’ and you be all set.
Your admin will now be able to see that you have confirmed your availability for the upcoming meetings. Once the invites have gone live you will be able to see your bookings in the ‘Day View’ tab under ‘My Schedule.’
