The Problem
All data for classes, subjects and year-groups is being synced from your school's MIS platform (e.g. SIMS, Bromcom etc.). This means that if some of this information is missing or incorrect, it is likely to be missing or incorrect in the source system (e.g. SIMS, Bromcom etc.)
Solution: Update the information at source
- Equipple syncs with your MIS platform (e.g. SIMS, Bromcom etc.).
- Login to your MIS platform and troubleshoot the issue from there initially.
- Your MIS provider may be able to provide support to help you identify the root cause and ensure the data is up to date and accurate.
- Fixing the issues in the MIS platform (the source) will result in the updates being pulled through automatically to Equipple.
Note: Equipple looks for updates in your MIS platform every night. So please allow up to 24 hours before changes are reflected in Equipple.
